IN THIS LESSON
You have heard it said that “leaders are readers”, well it is also true that “leaders are pray-ers.”
Leaders of Groups must be dependent upon God in everything, by prayer. Prayer is not just for the work of ministry - it is the work.
Prayer is an expression of faith, of reliance on God our Father who cares for His children. Prayer is pouring our hearts out to God,
We live such full and busy lives that we must pray. The Apostle Paul writes in Philippians 4:6, ‘do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.’
