WCF Overview

The Presbyterian Church of Australia (formed in 1901 by the union of the state Presbyterian churches, including Victoria) holds Scripture alone as its supreme standard. The Westminster Confession of Faith is its subordinate standard, read in light of a Declaratory Statement adopted at Union, which the Church regards as clarifying rather than replacing the Confession.
